Martin and Eri were very friendly and attentive, I had inconveniences with the flight and check-in was later than expected, but they knew how to understand and receive amicably and with many recommendations and guides about the neighborhood, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, it also has a barbecue and pool which we could use as well as the grill, I would definitely stay again if I return to Asunción

I had a great stay at Walther's place, loved the location and view from the roof. Just a little heads up - the mattress was extra firm, which is fantastic for some but might not be to everyone's liking.

María Fernanda’s apartment is a great place to stay. The compound has great facilities from the pools to the gym and feels very safe for all the family with lots of security. Fernanda has made the checkin process very easy and I had no problems. I would definitly like to stay there again.

A great place to stay for a short or long time. For a long time it would be better to have more facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. It has a small stove and a square heladerita. Both could be bigger for a more comfortable long stay (minimum 2 burners and a bigger fridge), although my partner and I stayed for an entire month and it was quite good, somehow we managed to fit everything in the mini fridge jajaj. Good place, near Mariscal Lopez Avenue where you take any collective to go to Asunción or wherever. It is close to 2 Biggies (minisupermercados 24 hs), the Shopping Pinedo (where there is a supermarket Areté), near the Ciclovía de San Lorenzo, which became super cute, is spacious, very green. And also close to the campus of the National University of Asunción. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are comfortable. In the house they facilitate washing and dry clothes with the sun.

Daniel's place is just like in the pictures. I enjoyed sitting outside in the morning or later the day and get some sunlight directly at the doorstep. A good Airbnb feels like a home and this one definitely felt like it!

Excellent and recommended place to stay and have a peaceful and pleasant stay. The area is very quiet, with supermarkets nearby and quick accesses . The only thing a little far from the center and a lot of traffic I take into account the times when leaving somewhere. Sergio's attention was always excellent, always attentive with everything, and very communicative. The big and beautiful house. 100% recommended.

Our stay at Hugo's place was excellent. The place is spacious and comfortable, we were 4 people and we passed it luxury. In addition, the man in charge of Lugar ( María) is extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the place is ideal, close to the most important shoppings in Asunción and in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely be staying at Hugo's place again

There were 3 of us and we felt super comfortable. The apartment is practically new and the views are lovely. It is well equipped and there is a 24-hour security guard. The rooms only have double beds, we wanted one with two small beds but it was not possible, so Beatriz put together a small folding bed that we did not use because the double beds were really very comfortable, we had no problem sharing the bed between two people. We always communicated with Beatriz by messages and although we did not meet her, she was very friendly and gave us information about the neighborhood. We definitely recommend it and would go again.

The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.

The place is perfect, it has everything you need and includes water dispenser for consumption, in case you arrive tired and want to hydrate. Also, the view is amazing, both the bedroom and the room, you can appreciate the sunset in the foreground. The apartment is found clean and access is quick, only with key provided (Smart close/opening), recommended!
