Comfortable and stylish, it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Montélimar and will be entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

Fully equipped integrated kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven, etc.). A bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed + baby cot (baby kit). Living room area with sofa bed 140 x 190. Separate toilet and large walk-in shower. Flat-screen TV with TNT and Wi-Fi. And a parking space.

You'll love my place because of the brightness and the comfort. My place is good for families, groups of friends. Bed linen is provided (except shower and pool towels). THE POOL (8 x 4 m) is secure. Free tennis 400 m from the house. WiFi in the house. (July August minimum week). ATTENTION (no parties or noisy evenings after 10:30pm to respect the neighborhood). For checkout times (for weeks departing on Saturday at 9 a.m., weekends on Sunday at 5 p.m.)

You are also very close to the center of the old medieval village of Châteauneuf-du-Rhône. You can discover the region by taking advantage of the many hikes and the ViaRhôna located 900 m away, ideal for bike rides. A7 Highway, Montélimar Sud exit, within 10 minutes.

Come and recharge your batteries at La Muyre in the heart of nature, lulled by the song of cicadas (sometimes also that of a donkey or rooster) and by the hooting of an owl... But you'll have to climb a ladder to go to bed on a mezzanine (1 or 2 seats), unless you prefer to sleep on the comfortable sofa (1 seat) in the alcove. Access to the pool (shared schedule) and the possibility of walking to the hiking trails and the river from the house...

We offer a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our villa with a terrace and beautiful views of the countryside, 700 m from village. We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.

Easy check-in since you park in front of the studio and have direct access to the keys, regardless of your arrival time. A clean and cozy studio awaits you, well arranged with Netflix, a kitchenette, a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom and in addition a garden. Between Mont Gerbier des Joncs and Chauvet Cave, close to the rivers and close to the city center, this studio is ideal for a wonderful vacation or professional stays. Welcome.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
