At the top of a hill on 8 hectares of woods and meadows, the fully restored gîte forms a characterful whole. Calm and serenity guaranteed, it is located 10 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot and 20 minutes from Agen. The cottage, completely independent, on the ground floor, is located in the park, not facing the owners' house and another cottage. You will be close to 4 of the most beautiful villages in France: Pujols, Penne d'Agenais, Monflanquin and Tournon d'Agenais. 30 minutes from the medieval castle of Bonaguil and Biron. You will find a fully equipped accommodation with air conditioning (SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, washing machine) garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Linens are provided.
