I would recommend David’s apartment. I stayed for a month and nice. Pros: - David and his family are lovely. Him and his wife are kind and respectful. - The neighborhood is peaceful and very safe. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. Great place for a long walks. + the lake near by is beautiful. - Most things needed are about 10-15 minutes away walking. There’s also a bus stop 3 minutes away walking and a train 10 minutes away walking. Cons: - It’s pretty easy to get into main Paris but the H line stops running at about 10:30 making it a little difficult to get back to via public transport. If you tend to stay out later this might be an inconvenience for you. - No closet or clothing rack. As someone with a lot of hanging clothing I found this a little difficult. Recommends - I recommend adding a full length mirror if you can find the space for it. -Adding a collapsible clothing rack. Overall I had a nice time here. Affordable, comfortable, and safe. Perfect apartment I fell in love with it.

The place is very quiet, even I was in the early morning and feels safe. Pass a bus a few blocks from time to time, very punctual, that takes you to the metro station that moves you to the center of Paris. The accommodation is inside a private one. Zero noise at night, créanme. It has all the amenities described. Hot water, electricity, wifi work great, everything. With pleasure if I would book again if I traveled back to Paris.
