The listing is strategically located. It is in the urban center of Vinaroz, inside the pedestrian area. Very quiet at night. More than 150 years old, it has been lovingly renovated. They say it's very cheerful and original. A lot of peace and tranquility is breathed. It also has a nice terrace to enjoy romantic nights. Central market 2 minutes away and walking to get to the beach is 4 m. It has stairs, not suitable for people with mobility issues.

You'll love this place because you can be in the sea in just a minute! Couples, families and solo travelers and all sea lovers will feel very comfortable here. Dogs are also welcome by arrangement (additional EUR 80 per total stay without food and accessories).

The house has a parking area next to the house, a separate entrance, and a swimming pool.
