A great place to stay with great hosts. We can definitely imagine staying there again.

Stayed 3 nights to explore Malmö and Lund. Cozy place, close to public transport. Enikö is a perfect host, and answered all our questions.

We really felt at home here! It's incredibly quiet there, especially in winter, when it gets dark earlier and you want to escape the New Year's Eve noise, perfect. Especially because everything you could ever need is really there (so if the snowstorm should really come ;)). You can see that a family once lived there who knows what you need. If you want to get out or if you suddenly feel like having something from the bakery on Sundays (and everyone is already closed), we can recommend “Torna Hällestad Lanthandel.” Restaurant and farm shop in one. And if you are a fan of Swedish crime shows, you should take a trip to Ystad. There you will find the largest film studio in Sweden. Original scenes of Wallander and Co., great for children, everything to touch/do yourself. Maria's Airbnb is as described, beautiful even in winter! Unreserved recommendation!

The owner knew in advance all our needs for staying in the apartment. He helped us get from the train station to the house! I have never met such friendly landlords! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher. The bathroom has a high-quality washing machine and underfloor heating. In the next room there is a workplace for those who work at home. The apartment also has air conditioning and a heater, which makes staying comfortable at any time of the year. When I needed something extra, Gustav provided it. I lived in this apartment for a long time and give this house the highest rating. There are 4 supermarkets and many other shops nearby, a train station and a bus stop. There is also a park with ducks and a lake nearby. There are also many cafes and restaurants on the main street near the house. The city of Svedala is safe and clean. You can quickly get to Malmö by public transport.
