Monthly Rentals in Vleteren

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jonas' place with our children. We loved exploring Ypres and WW1 memorials in the local area. Jonas' place is extremely comfortable and homely. Jonas is a very responsive and friendly host, and was very quick to get back to us. Excellent host and accommodation, would highly recommend.

Extremely close to the artisinal Struise brewery, and a manageable 1,5 hour walk to the Westvleteren monastery. This makes the house the perfect home base for a Belgian beer trip. The restaurant across the street additionally offers hundreds of different Belgian beers. Do note that there are almost no options for food delivery nearby. The house is old-fashioned but cosy, containing all the necessities one might wish for with an honorable mention for the beautiful, clearly recently redone ground floor bathroom. Note for demanding sleepers: the bedrooms were quite cold in November, and the house shakes a bit through the night because of heavy traffic driving by. The Airbnb price excludes bed sheets, which the host contacted us about (10eu per person). Despite this, the price is still excellent for what you're getting.
