Welcome to Ballenstedt - the gateway to the Harz. On about 30 m² we offer a modernized, comfortably furnished double room on the ground floor. The room is equipped with a box spring bed, a sofa bed and a breakfast corner with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. This also includes a completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. Ballenstedt is the ideal starting point for hiking in the Harz or a visit to the world heritage city of Quedlinburg.

Wish me helping hands - Offer: construction trailer + sauna

The garden grows over my head. From autumn to spring, it's time to prune the trees and bushes, collect the wood, and wear it on the Benjee hedge. In the summer it is the clay building or a foundation. Sometimes carry a few things from A to B. There are always thousands of things to do. A lot is better for two or three. You help me relax about three hours a day. The rest of the time you enjoy the nature, the construction trailer, the sauna and life.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
