I really enjoyed my stay at the location. The location is great and is right next to the beach. It is also close to a lot of restaurants, grocery shop, gym and train station. I have used it as a base to travel the nearby streets and cities. The building itself is very quiet.

As Parents we say Thank you so much for the Baby Bed and other Baby Stuff ❤️ We had a super nice time in Erik's apartment. A fabulous view, a beautifully furnished apartment, a great kitchen, and above all, the view of the wide sea pleased us very, very much. Overall, the house is also in very good condition. There is an elevator, and both restaurants and the old town are within walking distance along the beach promenade. We will definitely return to Nice and wish all guests who also choose Erik's apartment a great time.

Lovely building, next to the tram stop and very close to the seafront. Corinne was extremely flexible and helpful throughout our stay :)
