Du får din egen bolig med stor rummelighed samt alt nødvendig udstyr inkluderet. Der er kun 20 minutters gang, via stisystem (1,5km) til Haderslevs dampark og midtby, hvor man finder shopping-muligheder samt restauranter og barer. Der er 12 minutters kørsel (10km) til E45-motorvej.

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the bathroom at night, but otherwise it's 100% yours.

The apartment is on the street level, the house is in a quiet neighborhood. On the garden side, there is a view of the field and forest. The garden and terrace can be freely used by the tenant. Free parking in the yard or on the street. The house contains the apartment downstairs as well as 3 double rooms on the 1st floor, which are rented individually or together. There is a locked room for bicycles.
