Monthly Rentals in Volcan Chiltepe

Salvador was responsive, friendly and very helpful. His place was cozy, clean and convenient for my family. I will definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a nice spot to rent right outside of Managua.

We really enjoyed our stay with Charles & Rosy. The cottage is cute and perfect for a couple. The kitchen is equipped with what you need (microwave, 2 burner hot plate, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, cups, plates, mini fridge, dining table.) and the AC was a welcomed addition especially after a hot day in the city. The bed was comfy and the fan above us kept us nice and cool at night. Lots of storage for your clothes, and the hot water shower was lovely. Rosy was very helpful and considerate, and Charles was extremely kind and responsive. We went for a walk around the grounds and were delighted to see fresh fruits, though not quite ripe for us to pick, but that’s okay. The gate at entry also gave us peace of mind and was very welcomed. Only note: if you’re taking a taxi, drivers have a hard time finding the place but if you wait for them outside of the compound it’s fine. 20/10. Highly recommend their place. This is my second time staying here. This place is in a great location. Easy to get around. Mr. Adonis & wife are friendly, helpful people. The place is private,safe and clean. The owners make you feel like friends. 5 stars 🌟 great place! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
