Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

Apartment with a great view

Our holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by beautiful countryside. On one side is the Main, accessible in a few minutes walking distance. You can get to the vineyards just as quickly, and you have a great view of them from the apartment (2nd floor). In addition, there is a swimming lake, shopping, restaurants, a historic old town and much more in Dettelbach. Würzburg or Volkach (on the Mainschleife) is only about 15 minutes away by car.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

In the heart of Lower Franconia, everything you could wish for your holiday can be reached in just a few minutes.

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
