A very nice and modern apartment. The location in the courtyard is quiet. The cozy bed makes for restful nights. The couch invites you to relax and the modern smart TV is great in case the weather doesn't play along. Nice big shower and a well equipped kitchen. The check-in was great and could take place flexibly thanks to the key box. Marco sent us the instructions for this very accurately in a message. The area is great for long walks on the Main and you are quickly in Schweinfurt, where there are many great restaurants and shopping. The idyllic Bamberg is also just a half-hour drive away. If you want to explore the picturesque area around the charming village of Grettstadt/Untereuerheim, Marco's modern accommodation is in good hands. We will be happy to come back.

Angelika is a very warm and attentive host and can be reached within 30 minutes for questions. The apartment is absolutely quiet in an area with predominantly single-family houses, close to fields and a forest area and is strategically conveniently located (close to A7). The accommodation is clean and generously sized, the interior is conveniently furnished with loving details, the heating works excellently even in icy cold outside and there is free Wi-Fi. The value for money is very good and I am more than happy to recommend the accommodation.

We had a great and very relaxing stay at the apartment! The small place and surroundings are beautiful and very quiet. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. In the kitchen, you can easily cook on it:)

My dog and I felt right at home. Just arrived, right on the edge of the field. Unfortunately, I did not meet Christine in person, but the exchange and communication was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Every question was answered directly, the response time is almost seconds fast:) The only downside to the place was that we hadn't booked longer. We didn't want to leave 🥰

The two of us immediately felt comfortable in Nico's apartment, both in terms of amenities, location and communication with Nico. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen equipment more than sufficient to cook food. Especially the duplex apartments offer a special charm in this quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend Nico's apartments.

Overall great stay. Pros: 10 min walk to the train station. Quiet neighborhood. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Extremely quiet sleep & friendly host. Heater and easy cooling through opening one of many windows. Bedding and sheets were very clean. Cons: Walking up the very quiet stairs, especially at night, to avoid inconveniencing the downstairs neighbors was frustrating. Felt like I had to be absolutely quiet in the home. Wood is squeaky. Bed is squeaky; so, as a light sleeper, tossing in bed woke me up. Floor mat was a bit dirty. Overall, great stay for the price. Would 100% book again. Hermann is a good, friendly host.

Super fast help with a replacement accommodation and the communication was very friendly. Our employee was more than comfortable. IT was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Very nice apartment. The sitting couch is the bed, with two people to pull out. Everything was very clean and tidy. I wanted to change the reservation after booking (last minute change of my plans) and extend it by one night. With a short phone call, this issue was resolved. Eugen just arranged a bit and I was able to sleep in the same apartment all nights. He was super friendly and accommodating. Absolutely recommend!

We had a great weekend with the boys. The heated hot tub is great, the BBQ and a small billiard table were fun. It is a little bit to the surrounding wineries or supermarkets, but since we arrived by car, this was no problem. Thanks for the clean and modern accommodation - highly recommended.

A perfect place to relax! We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The entire complex is modern, clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. We were particularly enthusiastic about the sauna and jacuzzi – a real highlight! After a long day, we were able to switch off perfectly here and re-energize. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, just what you need for a break from everyday life. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

With Manuel in the village, forget the time in cheerfulness – that's how I arrived, I was hardly gone again. The location is desirable quiet and yet centrally located to Bamberg, an absolutely optimal choice for the area for me. Manuel greeted me kindly(st), let me in, communication with him couldn't be better. A few days as a break, whether excursion or just rest, here I could definitely do both. My stay, he didn't miss anything, Manuel as a host I can recommend with (m)a clear conscience. If there is not much to be satisfied and happy, I like to return here a second time.

we were very satisfied. I booked the space for a family weekend We have a one-year-old with us. There were a lot of toys in the apartment, behind the house a large garden with a fleet for the little ones, slide, balls, gates, shovels - everything a child's heart desires. The apartment is large, the bedrooms are upstairs. Everything is fine. Kitchen is nice and large, a nice fireplace is also available, which provides cozy warmth. The owners live downstairs and are very helpful. We enjoyed it very much, we felt very much at home. It's very quiet. Parking right outside the door. 25 km to Rothenburg ob der Tauber and 16 km to the outdoor museum Bad Windsheim. Highly recommend accommodation for families.

It was great in Marina's apartment. The apartment looks a little smaller in the photos. We had a lovely time. Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. Marina was easily accessible. There are plenty of parking spaces too. We would come back if needed. Everything is great.

Positive: Spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with great shower stand out. The hot tub is a nice extra. Flexible check-in/out times thanks to quick communication. Negative: Unfortunately, hair was found on a pillow, and the kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Neutral/Info: The kitchen requires your own tea towels. Bath towels were missing, but what was in the description. Sounds of the wooden stairs can disturb night people or late sleepers. Rothenburg ob der Tauber is about 25-30 minutes away by car. Conclusion: Grosniczki's apartment is ideal for a pure overnight stay or a relaxing evening with friends. You can also spend a cozy evening with friends there. However, if you are planning a longer stay, you should find out in advance which things to bring with you for a smooth stay. In my opinion, given the fair price, these minor deficiencies are forgivable.

We needed a weekend for rest and relaxation and came across Elke and her husband's apartment. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Elke and she showed us the great cut apartment. This has everything you need and more. Also, everything was really very clean. The highlight was the hot tub. In it, we were able to fully relax. The contact was friendly and quick. Value is absolutely top notch. It was a great stay, with super friendly hosts and a beautiful environment. We will be happy to come back 😊
