The house is located at the end of a quiet residential street, close to bus, forest, lake, playground, ketch center, ball and basketball court. On the property is a lovely garden with sunny corners, terraces, lawn, orangery, fire pit, children's area with sandbox, playhouse and kitchen. Inside, there is a bright kitchen-living room, small bathroom, hallway and 3 bedrooms - 2 small and one slightly larger. The largest room has a double bed (picture coming), the smaller ones have beds of 120 cm and 140 cm respectively. In the living room is a futon mattress of 140 cm.

Nørregård is a cozy farmhouse located on the outskirts of Kolding. The apartment is newly renovated and about 80 m2. Close to Billund (Legoland). Here you have the optimal starting point for trips in the beautiful Danish nature. It is 4 km. to the beach (Binderup) and 8 km. to Christiansfeld, which is Unesco World Heritage. There are many excursion options, but also set aside time for stays on the farm. On the farm there are dogs, cats and horses. Come and experience the rural idyll and tranquility and greet the farm animals. Sofa bed for 2 children.

Opportunity to experience Kolding and the beautiful nature with walks and hikes around Skamlingsbanken. A trip to Hejlsminde is also recommended. Good bike paths right outside the door, which go all the way to Kolding.

Super cozy, spacious and functional house for the family with kids. Location on a closed residential road. The house has an associated large enclosed garden and cabin. Across the road, there are ball fields that are free to use. If you want to get into Kolding by bus, you can get on the bus 100 meters from the location of the house. The house is located in a less quiet town, a few km from Kolding centre. There are good shopping opportunities in the local Super Brugs, which is within walking distance of the house location.

Skøn LILLE lejlighed på 45 m2 er beliggende i et roligt kvarter 10min. gang fra Koldinghus, og centrum. 7 km til Trapholt og ca.45 min til Flensborg. Lejligheden har et LILLE soveværelse, en sovesofa i stuen(140x200 cm)toilet/bad, opvaskemaskine, køleskab med lille fryseboks, ovn og forhave. Mest egnet til 2 personer, (4 sovepladser) hvis der er børn med, se på billederne om det er noget I kan se jer selv i, da den er indrettet efter str. og ikke har mørklægnings gardiner i stuen ved sovesofaen.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

It's cozy, bright, and with lots of room for you. The house is only a few km from the city center in a small village environment in the south of Kolding. We've taken care of everything that makes it a nice place while making sure there's room for your stuff. There are lots of rooms and the possibility of extra bedding. Workspace with garden view. And then there's the coziest large conservatory with direct access to the garden. Here is a small garden pool with goldfish.

Several beautiful beaches in the area, holiday center with pool and e.g. mini golf just around the corner. Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Stor climbing park. 18-hole golf course just across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 8/15/2021

A cosy flat close to beautiful nature in Kolding. Direct access to garden and walking distance to the sea. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our private home. Please note that the kitchen is a kitchenette without an oven or stovetop, but it includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and tableware. Towels, bed linen, dishcloth, and tea towel are all provided.
