During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

After barbecuing, paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you can sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you can flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Our monumental farmhouse (1876) is close to the beautiful city of Leiden (10 minutes by car). Also close to Amsterdam (30 minutes), Schiphol AirPort (20/25 minutes), the Hague (20 minutes). The beautiful beaches of Katwijk and Noordwijk are only half an hour away. For people who love the outdoors; there are many cycling and hiking possibilities close by. We are devoted to our tiny house at the Vinkeveense Plassen. We like to share our beautiful place, which is why we occasionally rent out our tiny house, "Waar geluk ligt" We have decorated it ourselves to make it as comfortable as possible. We find life in a small space with a lot of outside space to give a free feeling. Especially with the Vinkeveense Plassen in front of us. This beautiful studio is located in the "Rotonde" apartment complex. The studio is at the 10th floor. (elevator provided) The view along the coastline is indescribably beautiful. The studio has a lovely balcony, where you  can enjoy the sunset. The  bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The luxury kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combi microwave, microwave, refrigerator, refrigerator, coffee machine (Senseo) and kettle.

Located at the waters edge lies Dijkcottage. This 6-person thatched cottage offers plenty peace and quiet. The cottage includes a fenced garden, right on the water where you can catch fish. Dijkcottage is located on a park called 'De Poldertuin' and because of its location it provides complete privacy.
