Ski areas, toboggan runs, Zell am See, Kaprun can be reached in no time by car. Mountains, as well as alpine huts, mountain bike routes and hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. You can spend wonderfully relaxing winter evenings in front of the wood stove. The tourist tax is included in the price.

We offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated cottage for exclusive use. Alpine cosiness meets modernity here. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie das große Sofa im Wohnzimmer bieten einen Schlafplatz für 3 Personen. Our cozy apartments are for 2 or 4 people. They were recently furnished with a lot of love for detail and appreciation for the character of the approx. 600-year-old farm.

Absolute secluded location in the middle of the European port region Kaprun, Zell am See. You can easily escape from everyday life in our cabin, and spend cozy days as part of your families or friends. Our newest highlight is a smoker including instruction book. Our cabin is ideally suited for 2 to 4 people. Electricity + water available.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The property is located in a quiet, sunny hillside location and offers a fantastic view over Bad Hofgastein and the surrounding mountains. It is equipped with a double bed, private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. Good public transport connection, about 700 m from the main road, train station and bus stops. The center is also within walking distance along the Gasteiner Ache in approx. 30 minutes. Ski storage is available.

Welcome to my cozy apartment on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views. There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
