Our cozy guesthouse with sauna is located on an island on the Leidsche Vaart near the Braassemermeer. You will find us between Amsterdam (approx. 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (approx. 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (approx. 35 minutes, car) in the Groene Hart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. Lovely and peaceful garden house with a great garden and terrace. The house has a nice shower and bathroom, floor heating, kitchen and terrace with view over the garden. Rent the motorboat, bikes or go supping at the lake, great activities just at your doorstep. In a couple of minutes you can enjoy the beautiful nature and lakes close by. Also picking up and return to the airport can be requested for an extra fee.

With a balcony against the walnut tree, in our garden where the curlew, the great spotted woodpecker and the winter king are regular guests. The name of our guest house is therefore obvious.
