Built from the logs of an old smoke sauna, the cabin is located in the lake landscape of Savo, about 70 km from Kuopio. The property offers a simple, authentic, and nature-focused wilderness experience for couples and travellers seeking peace.

Kallavedenranta

A high-quality and atmospheric log villa on the shore of Kallavesi. A quiet, beautiful place with a view of Kallavesi and close to nature. The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

Here you can enjoy the heat of the wood-fired sauna and relax in the outdoor hot tub. In the apartment you have a 140 cm double bed, dining table, dressing room with washing facilities, toilet, fridge, microwave and kettle. The property also has a carport with electric car charging (extra charge). The apartment is located in the courtyard of a detached house, in a separate building. Good outdoor terrain for hiking and frisbee golf, among other things. Linens and towels will be provided, as well as a hot tub and sauna.

The house has a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Two bedrooms and a sleeping loft. Spacious and good sauna, shower and separate toilet. Heating with air heat pump, fireplace and electric radiators, floor heating in the laundry room. Air conditioning. A gas grill on a cozy furnished terrace.

Next to the main cottage, there is a summer sleeping cabin with stunning panoramic lake views. Large windows bring nature indoors everywhere! A huge terrace area connects the main cottage, the sleeping quarters and the pier complex with the jacuzzis on the beach and the lake surrounds everywhere. It's good to be here :).

Asunto on varusteltu majoittamaan vieraita niin pitkä- kuin lyhytaikaisesti. Asunnosta löytyy mm. pyykinpesukone, silitysrauta ja silityslauta. Makuuhuoneesta löytyy laadukas 160x200 king-size parisänky sekä olohuoneessa aikuisen nukuttava 90x200 vuodesohva. Majoitukseen sisältyy oma pysäköinti.

Käytössä ilmalämpöpumppu ja takka. Lähellä hyvät kalastus-, marjastus- ja ulkoilumaastot. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. Vuokraajan käytössä sup-lauta ja soutuvene sekä wifi-yhteys. Gottage is situated by Suvasvesi lake nearby Vehmersalmi village, built -83 and totally renovated -18 when a totally new sauna was built. Surrounded by pineforest for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms. Only 0,5km to the village with different services. There is electicity, washing water coming from lake and fireplace heating. There is a rowbout for fishing, terrace and dock for swimming and spending time by beautiful lake scenery. There are some neighbours nearby.
