A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site and numerous walking and hiking trails in just 2 minutes walking time. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!
