Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a short break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - on the balcony with a view or in front of the blazing fire in the fireplace. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

Our holiday home is offered here in the beautiful Wohratal on the edge of the Kellerwald. Hertingshausen is a hamlet of Wohratal surrounded by forest with about 160 inhabitants . In the center of the village there is a playground and a lavender field with seating for lingering . We now offer 2 e-scooters for rent for a' 15 Euro /24h. This is a scooter with a road license that can be ridden free of a driver's license from the age of 14. If you are interested, simply report it.

Our modern apartment is located in Meineringhausen in a district of Korbach (5 minutes by car). The rural area invites you to hike, cycle and do other sporting activities. If you are enthusiastic about cycling, you should definitely use the 200 m long cycle path from Korbach to Lake Edersee. It takes 20-30 minutes by car to get to Edersee, Twistersee or Diemelsee. The popular towns of Willingen/Winterberg can be reached in 30 or 40 minutes by car.

Walks, hikes, mountain bike tours and skiing in the nearby ski resorts Willingen and Winterberg - everything is possible. We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

Our holiday flat offers space for up to 4 people and has a bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
