Enjoy the open living-dining area with high quality kitchen (induction stove, gaggenau ovens), 2 bathrooms (double shower, large tub) and a large garden with grill, smoker, trampoline and hammock. Perfect for trips with families and friends.

Welcome to KernAlm! In an absolutely secluded location, on a southern slope at 1000 m above sea level, is the KernAlm. Nestled in the untouched nature, on the edge of a forest, the KernAlm is a special spot of originality. In the morning you will be woken up by bird chirping and the first warm rays of sunshine that shine through the window, and in the evening no sound disturbs a quiet sleep. Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

Perfect accommodation for quiet and relaxing days in the dreamy Waldviertel. Two donkeys, a couple of chickens, and two ducks can be observed daily from the garden of the property. In less than 15 minutes by car, Lake Ottenstein invites you to swim or the Ottenstein golf course with restaurant to enjoy. Inn culture, castles, palaces and local businesses are very close.
