Der Flusszugang liegt in kurzer Distanz und ist leicht unwegsam, jedoch bestens geeignet zum Stand-Up-Paddeln und Schwimmen. Ein kleiner, komplett eingezäunter Garten macht das Haus auch ideal für Gäste mit Hund. Die Anreise ist sowohl mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch in nur 1 h 15 min mit dem Auto von Wien möglich

Dům se nachází v malé klidné vesničce v blízkosti vodní nádrže Dalešice. V okolí spousta cyklotras, zapomenutá místa kde narazíte na zříceniny starých hradů, zátoky vhodné pro rybaření.

Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.
