Vacation rentals with a pool in Walton County

Great house for our girls’ trip. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was its convenient proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back.

We had a great experience here! Beautiful new home and had alot more then expected. Pool/beach towels, alot of kitchen items you normally dont have in airbnb homes like blender, airfryer, diff sizes pots pans. We came with kids and cooked alot so this was very helpful! Kids had amazing time in the heated pool + basketball game + floaties! Walking distance to beach and alot of items included for beach as well. (Chairs, umbrella & kids toys) very private and quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes from 30A rosemary beach. Shopping plaza 5-10 minutes. The only thing that I will say is that some rooms have very firm mattresses, we are not used to that so sleeping was a little different, some rooms had better softer matress. Any questions we had were answered quickly, thanks Mitch we enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend 👌

From the moment I arrived, this beach house completely exceeded my expectations. The location alone is breathtaking—just a few blocks from the sand and beautiful blue ocean. Inside, the house is beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe that’s both chic and cozy. Everything was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell the owners really care about the little touches, from the fresh linens to the thoughtful amenities. Whether we were lounging in the sun, enjoying a sunset barbecue, or falling asleep to the ocean breeze, every moment felt magical. This place isn’t just a beach house—it’s an escape. 10/10 would stay again. Pure paradise!

If you’re looking to book Korin’s place, do it!!!! I went back and forth on a few different Airbnb’s for a trip home to Florida to visit my mom. Korin and her team have created such a beautiful home! Easy to find, big beautiful interior that looks exactly like the pictures. A large background with a fire pit, pool, lounge chairs. My fur babies ran and played all over (also super appreciated that the yard was clean of dog poop - the Airbnb also had doggy bags to use!). About a 10 minute walk to beach access from the house, a coffee shop within walking distance and a gas station at the end of the road. I couldn’t speak better things about this place, location, team! They also tried to send a gift through Door Dash I believe but the store wasn’t able to fulfill, that was so thoughtful! The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard was peaceful, and the weather was perfect. Thank you for an amazing trip home! 💞

Great family vacation spot

Felt right at home! Everything look exactly like the pictures! I loved the overall layout of the home and it’s exterior surroundings. We were only here for a few days but the backyard made me wish we stayed longer. The lawn is well kept, the exterior furnishings are up to par (absolutely love the rear patio setup) and the pool is the icing on the cake! I loved how deep it is and the pool lighting makes it a very nice area to chill at during the evenings. Also, everything is thoroughly labeled inside the home with a binder full of clear instructions for just about everything. Will totally rent again!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

We enjoyed our stay here. With it being right next to the beach and grocery store, we didn't have to drive to anything. Joseph was amazing host and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back! This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

I’ve stayed at several condos on this property but Caty’s was one of a kind! I feel like the pictures online don’t do the condo justice. I loved the decor and felt very at home there. I was literally blown away with all of the different things she had for her guests to use. Board games, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, beach towels, coupons for local restaurants, lots of extras in the kitchen and even several extra throw blankets for those of us who stay cold 🥶 We all felt right at home and I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity she showed to our family. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

Great place to stay! Vasyl responds really fast and even let us check in early. Great location and only a 5 minute walk from the beach and even closer to Pier Park!

This place was a last minute choice after spending days looking for a place I stumbled across this amazing place. Maria was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She provided accurate information about the location and other things. Maria's place is wonderful. The view from the living room towards the lake/pond behind the property is awesome, especially on early foggy mornings. The location is perfect as we were only 5 min walk (across the street) from the beach. You can walk along the scenic 98 up and down the beach. We had breakfast at Whales Tail just across the street, the view was great, the food just so so. There are so many restaurants and things to do near the property. It's also a very secure area as it is located within a gated property with secure guards. We definitely have added this to our favorites list and hope to return again as soon as we can. First I’d like to say before this stay, I’ve never used airbnb. Brian and Anita made our stay the best it could’ve possibly been. They respond at basically all hours, step by step instructions and directions, provided us with all the information we needed about both the property and personal questions we had. The condo itself is gorgeous. Exactly like the photos , plus so much more you get to explore on the property ! We will 100% be returning again this year!
