Located in the prestigious “Pill Hill” walking distance to all of downtown Rochester, 1 block from St. Marys Hospital (in the background of pic). From St Marys catch the free Mayo Shuttle to other Mayo locations. Beautiful hardwood floors, 1 bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, Kitchen, Fast WiFi, Smart Tv. The space is upstairs. This is a small, clean main floor apartment (456 sq. ft.)in a 4-plex. This is an older home near East Center street, a short distance to downtown/Mayo. It is an older home but clean and comfortable with a big front porch. This unit is in a 4plex so guests may hear some noise from other guests in the building but it is generally quiet.
