Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Waterville Valley

We spent a lovely few days at this property enjoying the winter weather at its finest. The house is close to everything but still felt private and cozy. A great choice for families!

Steve & Michele’s place was perfect for my friend’s reunion weekend. The house was perfect in every way. Literally no complaints. Steve and Michele were awesome. We can’t wait to come back during winter to see everything covered in snow. The hot tub and kitchen were definitely the highlight of the house. Very spacious and warm.

I was very fortunate to find Sean’s place and luckily it was available. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Conway, NH along the Saco River. My daughter got married this weekend and I had booked a Airbnb in Fryeburg, ME over 8 months ago. Unfortunately, there were new owners and the place was not as advertised. I had to scramble and found Sean’s listing and received a response within minutes and I will be forever thankful. I am a host and a renter on Airbnb and I understand the value of making sure that the Airbnb experience is wonderful for both the host and guest. I was so impressed with Sean’s place and how much it made you feel at home 🏠. His place had everything you needed to have wonderful experience. It is host like Sean that makes Airbnb very special experience. My one regret is that I wished I had stay a few more days relaxing by the fire 🔥 pit. Highly recommend Sean’s place.

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

This is a great place up in the white mountains, we were able to enjoy nature and the amenities of town. beautiful place. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall, the impressions are positive, however, I would like to note that during the preparation process and during the rental, we received three detailed instructions and found another one in printed form about how we should use the house and how and in what order to prepare the house for moving out. In my opinion, this is too much. Live free or die is not supported option :)

Great location! Walking distance to a few restaurants and 10 minutes from Loon! The living room was spacious and beds were comfortable. No issues staying here and would recommend to others!

Bella Bear Cabin was the perfect fit for our girls weekend. The fireplace made the space very cozy through all the rainy weather we had. Everyone loved the large hot tub. Beds were comfortable. The location of the cabin felt private, no neighbors too close. The property is a 25 minute drive from the outlets and restaurants in North Conway. We especially loved the master suite with the large bathroom and private deck. I’d definitely rebook this spot for a family gathering.

Our stay at 1800BC (The Bear Cabin @ Moose Lodge) was awesome!!! We are a family of four with a dog that loves to travel New England for family adventures. The Bear Cabin met all of our expectations and we had a beautiful time skiing at Bretton Woods. This was a special cabin with beautiful woodwork, an awesome wood stove, plenty of space and a superb location. Just a short drive to Bretton Woods (2mns) and close to several to several restaurants on Rt 302 as well. There is Bretton Woods Market and Deli just down the road that can meet most needs as well. If you are a skiing family and want a peaceful yet close proximity to a cool mountain...The Bear Cabin is for you.

Fantastic stay! If it’s available book it! Stayed with our 4 kids, plenty of towels, maxing kitchen setup friendly & helpful hosts!!! House is also setup for kids with nightlights, baby gates plastic dishes just for them. Hikes out the back door. Just awesome!

Our family had an unforgettable weekend trip in Campton. We spent most of our time sightseeing, but coming home to the cozy cabin made our trip complete. In the evening, we played uno and relaxed by the wood stove. It was perfect. Jason was very responsive to messages and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. We would love to stay again!

Was absolutely wonderful stay. We usually don't spend much time at our airbnbs but we got to fully enjoy this one. Relaxed the whole weekend was just what we needed. We just had a wonderful ladie's weekend at Christy's place! We lucked out and got a bit of snow, so the cabin was the perfect cozy spot to spend the weekend with a fire and a puzzle! The hot tub was an extra added bonus! Beds were all very comfortable and living room was super cozy. Very easy ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Ashleigh's cabin! The cabin was absolutely perfect — cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus and made the experience even more special. Ashleigh was super responsive and made the entire process smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. We’re already looking forward to returning!

We had such a great stay! Our dogs absolutely loved the large screened in porch, and we loved being in the hot tub but still being able to hang with the pups in the same space. The space is adorable, it was just the two of us but the loft would be great for families with kids. The walk to the lake was easy and the lake is beautiful. Great spot for a relaxing getaway.
