Caitlin’s place was so quiet and cute! The perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub in room was amazing and the view is breathtaking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable condo. Location convenient to Bank of NH, which was the reason for our trip to the area. The chairs on the balcony weren't comfortable to sit in, so we didn't really use it. If you have mobility issues, avoid booking a reservation at any of the condos in this complex. There are steep stairs down to the entrance, and then you have to go up the stairs into the condo. It wasn't a big deal for us. Otherwise, we would likely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this place. It was perfect for our 3 day trip to ski and visit the area. I was excited to see they added a gym also to the lodge as well. Will definitely book again!

Absolutely awesome location! 1:00 PM check-in was great. We were able to drop our stuff off and walk a quick 5 minutes into town. Joseph was a very proactive and friendly host. We will definitely stay here again.

John was a amazing host he was very nice and a always responsive if needed anything he did a amazing job with the description and when something wasn’t working in the condo he was right there to fix it we enjoyed are stay and will definitely book again it was a pleasure staying at John condo I highly recommend if your looking for a stay in the white mountains.

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 6 adults. The house is very private, with wonderful mountain views and even better stargazing at night! It's close to a few swimming areas (recommended by Rachel) that were way better than all the crowded popular places in the area. We definitely would stay here again!

This house was great for a ski weekend with friends and our dog. We were able to cook together and hang out after a long day on the slopes.

From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The house was clean, had lots of amenities, and Caitlin was very responsive to my questions. We had an amazing time at our concert, Weirs Beach, and hiking in different areas. Looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you!

This place was great and had everything my family needed for a peaceful weekend. If you like a outback feel in a buetiful home with a lake view from the hot tub this is your place. I hope to come back soon.

We recently had a nice and enjoyable stay at this house. It was on a quiet street, great for walking our dogs, and easy to get in to. Like others have said, our code would not work on arrival so we had to spend a few minutes waiting to hear back to figure that out, but they responded quickly. The house was clean and easy to find things. Whoever chose the records did a great job, I was pumped to find Def Leppards 'Pyromania', The Cars' 'Heartbeat City' and The Loaf's 'Bat Out Of Hell'. Unfortunately, there were Eagles records, but we can't all be perfect. The only things to note for others guests: The check-in time of 5pm and a check-out of 10am makes you feel like you are losing time on the property, would love to see either of those moved by a couple of hours. There is also a lack of some important cooking items. The only flat baking sheet was covered in burnt items and there was nothing else like it to use in the oven. If you like Japanese food, be sure to visit BarKosho!!

Melinda’s place was great for a private & cozy Fall getaway. Secluded enough, but still nearby some great hikes. Her instructions were communicated clearly and her place was clean & as described. I would stay again.

We booked Gregory’s condo on the same day that we arrived! He gave us the instructions for check in right away and it was smooth sailings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the 10 min shuttle to Loon mountain was easy! Great stay.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

I stayed one night at Erics’ AirBnb with my girlfriend. It was amazing. Everything was very clean and it was exactly what the photos showed. The jacuzzi and views were definitely a highlight. It was 10 minutes away from Downtown North Conway which was really nice as well. Eric was very helpful and friendly, He responded to questions and comments very efficiently and was very caring. We had an amazing stay, I would 100% stay here again in the future. I highly recommend. Thank you!
