Great location - try the Rifle Volunteers (pub up the road) fantastic for real ale - great atmosphere too. The bathroom was well decorated - great bath, great shower - lots of hot water. Very well equipped kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and very comfortable lounge with a big television and all the channels ! Lovely private outside space too - it was nice to sit in the sunshine with a cup of coffee. 10 minute walk to Maidstone Centre - lots of shops, two major shopping centres (that we found) and a retail park across the river ! Oh and the parking permit was extremely useful - thank you

A perfect little studio with the most amazing view. Secluded and private, but also walkable to the local pub and shop. Great running routes nearby and so close to Maidstone if you need anything more. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The host was awesome—super friendly, helpful, and made me feel really welcome. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
