You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. Very cosy, large and quiet room with a sunny balcony and walking distance to the S-Bahn, which goes directly to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke). Beautiful bathroom with bathtub/shower/sink, large mirror and toilet. In the morning, the landlady offers a small breakfast by arrangement: e.g. coffee/tea/orange juice and croissants with butter and jam... The room has a large balcony. where you can enjoy the sun. The S-Bahn runs every 10 or 20 minutes, depending on the time of day.

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

My place is close to the Allgäu mountains, lake Grüntensee, Neuschwanstein (approx. 30mins by car). You’ll love my place because of the small village setting, the view of the mountains from your window, the lovely hosts. We are a little bit off the beaten track so if that appeals to you we are the perfect place to stay for you.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Vacation home "Platzhirsch"

Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and in 2022, the G7 / summit took place here, including Barak Obama. A place to spend summer, as well as winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as winter cross-country skiing and of course classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in between 10 and 20 minutes.

For romantics, this suite is just the thing! The apartment is luxuriously furnished with elegant period furniture and fine fabrics. This apartment is ideal for two people! There are 36 m² available to you. The suite is housed in a former hunting lodge in the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena. From the castle you have an amazing view of the Zugspitze massif.

Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the town center with pedestrian zone. Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.
