Markt, Goethepark, Schloss, Weimarhalle und Bauhaus-Museum erreicht man nach nur 1 km. Bäcker gibt es gleich um die Ecke und Supermärkte sind ab 350 m erreichbar. Parken ist direkt an der Straße vor dem Haus ohne Gebühren möglich. Die Wohnung ist für große Leute nicht so geeignet und es gibt nur eine Badewanne, keine Dusche.
