I stayed here for 1 month due to a course in Graz and felt very comfortable. The area is very quiet and also in the house it is very quiet. Supermarket, Hilmteich, LKH, MedUni within walking distance and also a bus & tram stop is nearby. During the entire stay, Manuel always responded quickly to questions.
