The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

With a fantastic view of the idyllic Weißpriachtal and a quiet location, the Schlicknhof is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking and cross-country skiing. The newly renovated apartments, furnished by a carpenter, offer relaxation, tranquility and fun for children, modern amenities, organic products from the farm and much more!

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Daily 3 hours of sauna admission (all year round) and LUNGAU CARD in summer! My place is surrounded by beautiful mountains and forest. The apartments furnished by the carpenter are NEW, with a comfortable bed (foot-free), elegant bathroom, south-facing balcony and beautiful kitchen with sofa bed. Watch our family work on the farm and make yourself at home on our large meadow. My place is good for couples and families with kids.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
