It's a walk up to a special view of Wellington

Nestled against the bush just above our home, our studio presents an amazing view of Wellington Harbour. Although a brief uphill walk is required to reach the studio – the breathtaking views and cosy accommodation awaiting you make the effort well worth undertaking. We may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or those operating at the edge of airline allowable luggage weights. 12 minutes to the centre of Wellington. 6 minutes to the ferry terminal, 7 minutes to Westpac Stadium.

A large fully self contained studio in the heart of Seatoun. Minutes from Wellington Airport. Quiet, cosy accomodation with all amenities. Great sea views from the balcony. Small kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, laundry facilities with its own private deck looking out to sea. Tea/coffee provided. Sky TV. Netflix. On street parking only but nice wide street. Easy flat access. Pets welcome but please check in with us first to make sure the place is suitable. A small Pet Fee is charged.

My place is close to Supermarket, public transport, local village and a 10 minute drive to the CBD. You’ll love my place because of the peace, quiet and privacy on offer with plenty of space to spread out. In our studio unit we also have a sofa bed available along with secure off street parking.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are approximately 10 minutes from the ferry terminals. Because we a up a private right of way it is very quiet.

Amazing city views for one bedroomed apartment

Come and enjoy our lovely one bed-roomed apartment. We have a modern new kitchen and spectacular views of the central city. We provide some breakfast food and there is unlimited WiFi available. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. Public transport (trains and buses) is a 10-15 minute walk and it is a ten-minute drive from the central city. There are also lovely local restaurants and beautiful walks on the Northern walkway, Mt KauKau and Trelissick Park.

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower.
