You will be up close and personal with all wellington has to offer. Open plan lounge & kitchen, brick floors with underfloor heating, 1 bedroom with queen bed. Study with desk and sofa bed. Ideally suited to single or couple but a child can sleep on sofa bed if needed.

Luxury at it's best. Executive 2 bedroom apartment in one of Wellingtons popular suburbs. You will not want to leave, all the bells and whistles are waiting for you to enjoy. Views, quality beds, large bathroom, garage and if need be an extra room could be set up (only on request). Tastefully decorated throughout, spacious living with open plan kitchen, minutes to Wellington CBD - shopping and fine restaurants. This is one of the best. Queen sized bed with a sleepyhead serenity mattress, cotton sheets and bedding, modern bathroom, and wifi. Centrally located in Berhampore, less then 200 metres from the sprig and fern pub, bottega italian, gramercy baker. A short walk from Newtown and the hospital. A short bus or Uber to central wellington and Island bay beach.

Lovely apartment on Oriental Pde with such intimate views. Walk across the road to the heritage sea wall & trees & be gobsmacked by the Wellington Harbour. I recently bought this ground floor apartment & just love it! The apartment building is heritage listed,nearly 100 yrs old so it’s even more special. But I live in Europe for 6 months a year so I can share it with you. The apartment is tastefully decorated with everything you could need.

Harbour views, central location, secure parking
