Richard's home is beyond exceptional and it's an incredible place to stay with your friends/family - my friends and I had a wonderful time re-uniting here. Richard's home has everything you need with 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The garden space is also well equipped with chairs/tables and an ability to have a BBQ! Furthermore - Richard is very pro active with useful local tips and places to checkout and is very communicative. If you're considering to spend time with friends/family, especially if you're from abroad and want to experience an authentic British home - stop looking now, because this is the place for you to be.

We had a perfect stay at the lodge! Beautiful property with equally beautiful surroundings. It’s well equipped and lovely to have use of hot tub, bbq etc! Lots of nice places to walk for food and drinks. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay - thank you!

This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

Lovely property well equipped and looked after. Great walks good facilities, friendly and responsive hosts. Would thoroughly recommend it for anyone hosting an extensive family gathering.

Beautiful house which was perfect for a family weekend away. Very clean with excellent facilities. Views were lovely, a public footpath passes right past the garden with a nice walk to the local village. Host Debra a pleasure to communicate with.

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful appartment. Extremely well decorated and within 5 minutes walk of central Bath, restaurants. pubs and a Waitrose/Tescos. John e mailed all information needed for check in and answered all our questions. We will definitely book again next time we're in the area.

The apartment is a characterful and beautiful, well equipped, spacious space which felt relaxing and interesting at the same time. It fulfilled our desire to stay in somewhere that wasn't an ordinary, bland, featureless room. It was filled with curiosities and museum pieces whilst also being comfortable and quite lovely. Really lovely stay , garden would be fabulous in better weather . Lovely walk down into Bath , taxis back were usually £7 to £8 , and easily available. Would stay again if in Bath

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

Quality furnishings and super warm welcoming vibe to the apartment. My partner and I felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The only tiny thing would be we struggled to eat meals as there’s no table and chairs in the apartment. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.

Wow is all I can say. If we could give 6 stars we would have. Karen and Lee are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. The place is ideal location, quiet and lovely. the place is perfect to stay, the hot tub and garden is so tranquil and peaceful, all the amenities are perfect. The breakfast bits and cooking oil, seasons etc are an added touch! Honestly we loved it here and would definitely return! Thanks both 😃

We had the most beautiful stay at the retreat in Tetbury- a wonderful apartment with all the essentials for our baby and pet dog. It was so relaxing, the facilities were fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the use of the garden with the bbq and scenic outside area. A beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable and everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The hosts have very thoughtfully anticipated everything their guests might need. Furnished and equipped to a high standard. Really excellent value for money, so much nicer than staying in a pokey hotel but a similar price. Just perfect, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is spotless and so comfy with a stylish feel like home vibe, and it has EVERYTHING you might need ! Jane thought about absolutely every little details. I stayed here whilst attending a conference at Celtic Manor. It was an ideal location with the added benefit of free parking. The apartment was beautifully presented and had everything that I needed for a four night stay.

We had a great stay at David's place, the whole apartment was so clean & tidy. The apartment is very spacious with everything you need & the beds were very comfy. Cookies, milk & wine in the fridge were much appreciated - Thanks. There is a lovely decked area outside that has the sun all day, with furniture & parasol. Great if you have children as there is a park just through the garden gate. The location was great although there is a bit of a steep hill so we walked down to the seafront & got a taxi back. Great communication from David & I would highly recommend this apartment - we loved it
