Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Het is nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien, mooie keuken met apparatuur. Slaapkamer met 2 persoons boxspring. Mooie badkamer met douche en dubbele wasbakken. Zwaag ligt in West-Friesland, een mooie omgeving om te fietsen met vele uitvalswegen. Hoorn heeft een mooie oude kern en gezellige haven. Er is een prachtig strand en horeca.

Ons zelf ontworpen vakantiehuisje met 2 slaapkamers ligt op 45 minuten rijden van Amsterdam, midden in de velden. Gelegen op een kleinschalig particulier parkje waar wij ook nog een ander vakantiehuisje verhuren, genaamd; Familie Buitenhuys. Vanuit de woning kijk je uit over de velden en dijk aan het Markermeer: ​​Nederland in zijn puurste vorm! De woning is gericht op comfort (er is vloerverwarming) maar met leuke, eigenzinnige details en een speelse indeling. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.

The lakeside house - vacation in Noord-Holland

A blend of feelings between coming home and being on vacation. The unique location of the house with straight access to the lake 'de grote vliet' (the great vliet) offers a perfect opportunity to retreat from a busy life and just relax. The spacious house provides room for 6 people and leaves almost nothing to be desired through all the equipment available. It is the nature that will grab your attention and almost urges you to be discovered, be it by boat, by bike or on foot.

Oostwoud by the water

Relax and unwind in our detached cottage in a natural setting, right next to the church in the heart of Oostwoud! Enjoy the vistas over the farmyard and the fields towards Abbekerk, Twisk/Opperdoes and Medemblik. Look out over through fishing and waterways. Rent a boat or a sup and hit the water! Nature reserve "the egbutzwater" is nearby and the beach the sweet sea at Medemblik is also worth it. Cycling, walking, sailing or by car? You can go anywhere here!

"Papenveer", a beautifully located holiday home

In the beautiful West Friesland in Oostwoud, we rent a 4-person vacation home called "Papenveer". This vacation home is located in a small vacation park. It is located on a continuous waterway with beautiful views and privacy. Papenveer is a cozy, spacious cottage with a modern kitchen and fully equipped bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Romantic accommodation with a view from your bed on the water and a 2-person swing. From the love-seat, you can watch the TV or the fireplace (heating) and you have it cozy in the winter, or you can sit outside on the terrace by the water in the summer to daydream, read or play games. Kayak or 2 supboards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all for you.
