The cottage is 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Charleston, 20 minutes from Sullivans Island Beach and a quick Uber from the airport. The home features an open floorpan with a large kitchen, dining and living area. In the back of the home is the master that opens up to the private, fenced in back yard. There is also an additional bedroom and work space. The bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels.

This little gem is an edition we built as a duplex. The Hideaway is very basic, totally private, and super clean. It's perfect for a quick getaway and you can't beat the price and location! We're right in between historic downtown Charleston and the eclectic Folly Beach. We designed the Hideaway to be the a rustic little haven that anyone can call their own.
