The cottage falls with in a small private home owners association, is secure and quaint and is perfect for those wanting to spend their days lazing on the beach.

Windsurfing and kite boarding are possible from in front of the house. Easy surfing is available a few hundred metres down the beach. The property has battery backup along with solar panels to ensure continuous electricity supply even when the grid is down.
