Cable TV is included, with a second Apple TV! The hot tub is yours on your stay, to be shared with the tiny home in our backyard. We are 25 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from 2 malls, and 5 minutes from the 2 interstates. We are conveniently near Walmart, Smiths, and CVS for last minute grabs!

Welcome to our neat, spacious, ground-level, downstairs apartment! Garage access and parking for 4-5 cars! We are tucked away in the suburbs with a nice view of the Jordan Valley and Oquirrh mountains and yet close to EVERYTHING; 17min from downtown SLC, 20 min to Skiing, 15 min from “silicon slopes”. We live upstairs and have 4 little kids under the age of 10 so it may be a little…stompy. And screamy. And sound like a dump truck unloading potatoes upstairs, but only from 8-10am and 5-9pm😇

No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

AMAZING GARDEN OASIS. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We have off-street parking and your own entrance. You are welcome to enjoy our backyard garden full of a variety of foliage, a pergola for outdoor eating, and a spacious swing/ lounge that can be a bed. COME--RELAX. Inside you have a queen-sized bedroom, a single-bed and 2 air beds. The space includes amenities and kitchen, bath, laundry, and living room. This is a one bedroom basement apartment, with its own private space and entrance! WE DO LIVE UPSTAIRS FULL-TIME. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
