Monthly Rentals in West Perth

A 5 minute walk to downtown, and right on a very nice park. WiFi was apparently in another apartment leading to a somewhat spotty signal in the AirBnb. It worked most of the time, but I wouldn't recommend it for reliable video calls. when working, it was 9mbps down and 37mbps up. The air conditioning was nice and cold, but was on a timer that required me to reactivate it every few hours. Overall a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is well maintained and a comfortable walk to the CBD and Kings Park. Secure parking spot and easy access to main roads and freeways. Bus stop outside. Quiet complex with pool and gym. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s the perfect location for what I’m looking for in Perth, and Lynette is an approachable and responsive host (who even added 5G wifi when I left feedback that it was difficult to work on the general block wifi)!

Lovely stay at the Subiaco area. Suitably located just outside of the CBD area so it’s nearby to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Many eating options nearby as well.
