House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

It is located at an altitude of 400 metres in the valley of Miera, surrounded by mountains up to 2000 metres high. In Líerganes, 13 km away, you can go shopping, stroll and eat. Hiking, climbing, biking, fishing, exploring caves, watching animals - all this goes from the house without taking the car.

A 75 m2 house distributed over three levels and featuring a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

30 m vacation home with 730 m garden. A totally independent and closed property with very good access, the house is fully equipped and decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It has a barbecue and outdoor gazebo. We are 50 m from the Santibañez fountain (you must try its water) and 15 minutes from Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, Santillana del Mar and the Saja reserve natural park, the town of Cabezon de la sal is 3 km away.
