Rorys Village No. 9 Our spacious and clean caravan is situated at Combe Haven in Hastings. It is in a perfect location on site, very close to the amenities but still in a quieter area of the park. With plenty to do on site, including indoor/outdoor pools with bowl flume, ‘Live Lounge’ which hosts a variety of shows for all the family, arcade, ‘Nature Rockz’, ‘Airspace’ sportsdrome which hosts various activities from wall climbing & archery to roller disco plus lots of exciting play areas.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. We have dogs and there are cows / sheep in local fields - country life !

This stunning, renovated Victorian Farm, red brick barn is nestled on the idyllic Romney Marsh Ridge. The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.

It is all on one level has two bedrooms, sleeps four people and has a bathroom, Livingroom and use of the full kitchen in Sycamore House. Guests will have access to a beautiful large garden where you can sit, relax and enjoy the countryside or there is play equipment to keep the children entertained. It is in a perfect location to explore the beautiful Kent countryside and beaches.

A home away from home with everything you could need for a short or long break. A luxury holiday home on a family friendly holiday park set in beautiful woodland area. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
