It's located in an arts district, walking distance from art galleries, sculpture parks, and restaurants. Includes full kitchen, wifi, and private entrance. Westminster is a perfect location - 15 min to Denver or Boulder, 30 min to Red Rocks, and 40 min to mountain trails. Recently updated with recessed lighting, hardwood floors, and a renovated modern bathroom with a tile shower and heated floors!

Our house is located on a beautiful, well-maintained street in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and works perfectly as a home base for exploring popular Denver/Golden/Boulder/Front-Range/mountain destinations. You will feel safe, comfortable and close to it all. Our home is located on a hill behind the popular Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, with views of the city and mountains surrounding our house.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Safe and quiet neighborhood 15 minutes to downtown and RiNo, 1 mile to light rail station, 20 minutes to DIA, and 4 miles to Anschutz Medical Campus, Colorado Children's hospital and VA. Walking distance to restaurants, brewery, and grocery store. Amazing shared outdoor space to enjoy the nice Denver evenings!

Stay in an inviting open floor plan with private Single, Queen and King size bedrooms! The home has a fully stocked kitchen, books, a large backyard and a fire pit area to enjoy with your friends and family. You'll be 15 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from Eldora Ski area! Each room also has a TV with Amazon fire sticks.
