Perfect studio. Modern decor and amazing artwork. Loved spending time in as much as spending time out. The thoughtfullness of the host is incredibly. From umbrellas right by the door to stain removers. Previous users had left the make up removers opened so they were dry. I hope all guests treat this space as it should be treated. I am very short but even for that the host had proactively added a step ladder for the higher selves. Water and the nola monopoly were an added plus. The AC and fan were noisy but that is me being irritated with minor noise at night. The location is good. I wish I could go back. Ricky has better amenities than most of the 5 star hotels and is checking but discreetly on your stay.

The host was super quick to reply and give us information. She was helpful and friendly, and left the lights on when we were going to arrive later than expected. This is a perfect location, it's only 30 minutes away from the major stuff in town. Super quiet and low-key. We loved our stay, and everything was spot-on! The cabin was clean, tidy, and very cute. The cabin was also stocked with everything you could possibly need; they even had a grabber just in case you couldn't reach the fire blanket in the cabinet. Everything felt very well thought out. Beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked great! Loved our stay! :) ALSO they have goats, we didn't know until the next morning, but they were so cute!!

I got to the property late at night. I had a little problem with the keypad, but that was my fault. I called Mike and he resolved the problem quickly. He always responded timely. The place was as listed. Clean, quiet and comfortable. He even had a kingcake for me, which i unfortunately forgot behind. Wish, I had it now! I was UBERING and it was a quick Uber ride to the Quarter. The levee is nearby, and I wanted to walk up to it (blocks away, in sight) but did not have the time. I ate at Geralds Donuts and Restaurant a few times late at night. Diner foo and donuts. It was ok but friendly! I would recommend to others to book it, if you want a close vicinity to the Quarter. I was working the Superbowl, so I did not have a lot of free time to explore.
