We really enjoyed our time in Marcia’s place. She was really responsive. Just be careful driving on to driveway of the house since the uphill is steep and certain cars may not have the below height. Overall great experience. We really enjoyed our daily evening walks around the house on the trails

The Holly Jolly house was straight out of a Hallmark movie. Complete with Hot Chocolate. The kitchen was well appointed and the house very spacious. They did a nice job rehabbing the building. The house was very clean. We had no issues and any questions we had were answered quickly and positively. It is clear the neighborhood is undergoing a lot of rehabs, these historical homes are truly a labor of love. Thanks

Great location! Stayed here for a month while we relocated from out of state. It was roomy, beautifully decorated and cozy. We loved the neighborhood and location, with easy freeway access, and there were so many shops and amenities near by. When I needed to contact the host, I appreciated the quick and friendly response. Over all fantastic experience! Would stay again.
