Fantastic, responsive and helpful host. Accommodation was spotless, private and within easy 20/30 min driving distance to lots of attractions. Perfect for my Wife and I as well as our large dog, who enjoyed the spacious fenced and gated private garden. Jackie thought of everything for our very peaceful and private stay, with all the facilities we needed for a seemless holiday. We hope to visit again soon.

Couldn’t be better. Mary is a fantastic host. Great communication and more than helpful. The property is clean, spacious and extremely well equipped. The location is amazing and the locals are genuinely friendly and welcoming. By the far the best AirBNb experience I’ve had.

The house is very comfortable, well equipped in beautiful surroundings. We stayed in December, the house was warm with the option of a cosy fire as well as central heating. It was close to all amenities, beautiful sea views from many parts of the house. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to other visitors. Jim Adams

We decided to go on a couples getaway and wanted to bring our pet. We wanted to go to an area we were not familiar with and so we chose the very south east of the country. When searching we found this place and we loved the photos & descriptions as well as the reviews. The cottage looked very nice from the photos but the reality is much much better!! It is a beautiful cottage and super peaceful, cozy and intimate. We loved it and we will definetely go back. Niamh is super helpful and a brilliant host whom you will call friend by the end of the trip. Super dog friendly (house and host) and the accommodation was well equipped with little need to rush out and get anything. Fantastic location and ideal for walking and chilling which was very important to us. From a pet point of view the accommodation is perfect and very safe. The attention to details and curiosities in the cottage, the homemade baking and supplies, warm fire and friendly host made an unforgettable stay. Thanks so much..

Highly recommend staying at Declan's if you get the chance! The property is a lovely clean spacious house close to a beautiful beach and a short drive to all the amenities you could want, as well as lots of places to visit and things to do in the south east of Ireland. The fireplace in the living area is a real focal point of the property, and makes the space so cosy. We particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen: we had all the pots and pans needed to cook as if we were at home. Declan himself is a fantastic host - super responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything was so easy and it was a joy to stay there. Thank you, Declan!

We had a wonderful stay at The Snug. Beautiful location and so peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The Snug is a beautiful space, with everything you need. Located 1km from Kilmore Village with the wonderful Mary Barry restaurant. Nice to be able to walk home after a lovely meal and a glass of wine -(no foothpath so need to be mindful). Jacquie was very responsive to any of our messages.

Would definitely recommend this house as somewhere to have a family get together , very spacious with a lovely cozy feel to it . Patrick very responsive at all times. Couldn’t fault it at all . Thanks so much

What a beautiful house, lovely views,from booking to check out mark was so helpful very flexable with check in and out which was great cause we go delayed at the parade, on check in his instructions were so easy to follow, the house was as as per photos. Absolutely spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed, lovely welcome of fresh milk bread and tbags. All the rooms were spotless the beds were amazing pure luxury like hotel beds, the blinds were all black out, the bathroom and en-suite had loads of towels, great idea that items were left if you forgot something was stuff there. Loads of games for the kids and tv great range of channels on the fire stick, the internet was excellent. Very safe and secure, il he looking forward to our next stay 10/10.

Amazing cottage- a very rare and beautiful opportunity to stay in a historic cottage and incredible location. Excellent host and communication. Everything we needed was catered for. Highly recommended. This was our second stay and hopefully more to come. 5 star experience and more

It is a great place to stay , very calm and quiet area. There is a nice lake and beaches nearby , those were really surreal. Aidan was patiently waiting for us in late night as we could reach there to checkin by 11 pm in the night. Aidan was always helpful , and he provided us advise on the local attractions, nearby Pub and restaurant,etc. I will be definitely visiting again , also will recommend to my friend's in Ireland.

We had a lovely time the setting is beautiful and the sea views outstanding. Very peaceful.

My husband and I had a peaceful trip here with our two dogs. We especially enjoyed the beautiful beach at the bottom of the garden. Mark and Ben are great guys and the welcome basket they left was outstanding. Thank you!

It's such a lovely unique place, and hugely spacious inside! Had an amazing sleep there also.

We had a lovely stay in Chapel Lodge. The house is lovely, well decorated, spacious and very comfortable with a large, mainly secure garden for my dog. Catriona was lovely to deal with, very friendly and gave us helpful information on where to eat and swim in the local area. The location was ideal, a lovely quiet area but minutes from Kilmore and Kilmore Quay. We had some fantastic food from Mary Barry's restaurant which is a 4 minute drive away. We highly recommend it. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Chapel Lodge.

Fantastic place to stay. An oasis of charm and peace. The stove was lighting when we arrived and we stayed in for the evening. We cooked steaks on the oven top and had some lovely salads that we bought. Had a few visits from Charlie the very friendly dog and our own greyhound, Holly, was pretty enamoured with him. There was brown bread and scones for our breakfast as well as rashers which we loved. The cottage is very comfortable and the double bed affords a restful night's sleep. There was also shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and the loveliest fluffy white towels that I have ever seen. We went into Shillelagh for lunch on Saturday to Moll's place - delicious lasagne followed by homemade apple tart and ice-cream. We went for a nice long walk too down towards the pub from the cottage. We didn't venture to the pub as we were too cosy! We'll definitely be back. It was good for the soul!

Suzanne's place is a very homey beach house with a lovely laneway to the beach close by. A fabulous spot for a family holiday. A magical few days on the coast.

Well Lane is a delightful and authentic country farmhouse in a spacious and sylvan setting. Spotlessly clean and also cosy with wood-burning stove for our Christmas break. It would also be ideal in summer with lovely outdoor space, including jacuzzi, barbecue and outside seating.

A total "Cabin in the woods" experience !!! very quiet, very peaceful, forest bathing immersion... Well equipped cabin with all mod cons ... when the sun came out it was magical !!!

Really lovely clean place, so quiet and perfect for a getaway. The stars are so clear at night since its away from everything. Glen was so nice and helpful and even went out of his way to give us a lift when we couldn't get back to the town, absolute lifesaver. Make sure you have a car if you are staying here!

Myself and my partner had a lovely stay at Matthew’s place. The hot tub was a lovely touch.

Glen & Lindsay were very friendly, lovely to deal with and responded very quickly. The place was absolutely fabulous and had everything you needed ! They really thought of everything with the little touches in the house to make you comfortable and relaxed! It was a fabulous way to spend the weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay in blackwater - it is away from it all and so peaceful - but Gorey and Wexford town are also very close . The projector and hot tub were a huge hit with us all . Would love to visit again - the summer would be nice
