Amazing location. Clean, spacious and well designed.

The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

A fabulous house - much larger than we anticipated. Loads of space, great style, right on the seafront with fab views and an easy walk to anything we wanted. Shops, restaurants and the pier a short walk away. Highly recommend a stay here. Car park right behind the house (not free though)

Beautiful stylish gorgeous apartment right on the beach. Fabulous interior, overlooking beach. 5* luxury! Host was super accommodating. Devine bath! Difficult to leave to come home!! Definitely highly recommend & would book for next trip 🙂

Lovely apartment, even better in real life, the photos don't do it justice. Plenty of kitchen basics and Sally supplied some oat milk too. Nice quality hand and shower gel supplied and everything was very clean. We weren't lucky enough to bag one of the parking spaces but plenty of free parking nearby so it wasn't an issue. The location is really convenient with so much to do all within walking distance and without needing to use the car. Fabulous view from the lounge and dining room and good communication from Sally. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Everything was ideal great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

Just finished a wonderful few days break at this house. Its a lovely place, the photos do not do it justice - two super spacious bedrooms with really comfortable beds, great kitchen and living space too. Loads of lovely little touches and treats left out which our daughter enjoyed. Terry was really communicative throughout and a pleasure to deal with. The location is perfect for Herne Bay, you can see the sea and the beach is literally a minutes walk to be on with the town centre a short stroll along the seafront to get there. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking in the area, you will not be disappointed!

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Thank you to Mark and Maxine for hosting such a fabulous apartment!

Such a great little find for us as we stay in Deal often. The apartment is bright airy and spotlessly clean. It is so spacious so more than enough room for everyone. Fantastic location right in the centre of Deal and on the seafront. Communication with Sue was great and check in was simple! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again.

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. fantastic!! the best Airbnb we have been to! place is so cool really super helpful host! easy to find and park do make sure you use and leave the permit!!! locally it's so easy to get around 5 days and we drove out once! recommend als bakery and the Turkish place on the prom was truly special thanks again. we shall definitely return

Wow! What a great find, I will definitely be back. Came here for some me time and to relax and the penthouse apartment was perfection! Samantha is an amazing host, so helpful and quick to respond to messages and gave some great recommendations for local places to eat. The apartment itself is spotless and SO comfortable and the added touches like milk, juice, jams, biscuits and ice creams made me feel so comfortable and at home as soon as I walked through the door! The whole apartment is so well equipped and the view from the living room, well I could stare at that forever! Thank you!! I will be back one day and I’m already looking forward to it!

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Karen, we will definitely be coming back. Our very best wishes
