The first parts of the estate were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 70 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly equipped and offer everything your heart desires: in winter cuddly hours in front of the fireplace, in summer relaxing evenings with a glass of wine on the porch. We focused on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere to linger in the furnishings. The suite offers peace and quiet and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

A great 2 bedroom apartment right downtown. Downtown is a 5-minute walk away. The bus station is very close. The apartment has 2 great terraces. A grocery store is right in the house. The apartment has one bedroom and living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen. Despite its central location the apartment is quite quiet. We speak German, English and Russian.
