Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Our cosy flat is on the 2nd floor of our beautiful house with garden. We are located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, a quick 12 minute bus ride from the city centre - which is why you get free parking here ;) Close by: supermarket, train station, highway access , RM Congress Centre, Rhinegau. Only one restaurant nearby. IMPORTANT: No tourist tax is charged for under 18s by the city council. So pls let me know how many children are traveling with you so I can make an individual offer.

A great and cozy 1-room apartment (approx. 34 m²) right in the city center. The pedestrian zone and old town can be reached in a 5-minute walk. The apartment has a small terrace. A grocery store is right in the house. A small but fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, kettle, stove) is at your disposal. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet. The accommodation is suitable for both vacationers and business people.

The 68 sqm downtown apartment is located in the quiet courtyard of the venerable old state central bank building and offers an open ambience with the large terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows. The fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom with bathtub and shower also offers a washing machine and a dryer. The front room has a kitchenette, a dining area, a small desk, and a sofa that can be converted into a 1.40 wide double bed with a topper.

Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

The apartment is located on the roof of a multi-story house and therefore offers a detached living situation. The host and his family live directly below the apartment on the fourth floor. The host occasionally makes the apartment available via Airbnb to cover some of the high costs.
