The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. In addition, the owners were always easily accessible. The accommodation was well equipped, we had everything we needed and were very satisfied overall. We had a lovely time.☺️

A perfect stay! A welcoming and peaceful place, a charming and flexible hostess. We couldn't have asked for better 20 minutes by train from the center of Amsterdam! We'll definitely be back.

Great place! The cottage is located in an enclosed housing estate, there are plenty of green spaces in the area, you can walk a lot. The interior of the cottage has recently been refreshed, furniture different than in the photos, but it is definitely a positive change. Very comfortable layout. We were 7 adults and a child, every family/couple had their own room, and we could spend the evenings together in the spacious living room. I'd love to come back!

Lovely place to stay, the house is inside a gated lodge community around a central lake. There’s a lovely shopping centre locally. Amsterdam, Keukenhof (tulip garden) and Zaans Schanns (windmills) all within an hour by car. Beautiful, well equipped, stylish and comfortable property. We enjoyed our stay and host Gertrude was lovely, responsive and informative. Happy to recommend!

Frank is an outstanding host. He provided fantastic and detailed information upfront. The check-in was smooth, and we were provided with local snacks, and Frank set us up with breakfast for our first morning in Amsterdam. This made it very comfortable after a long trip. Whenever we had a question, Frank replied within minutes. We all had a great and relaxing stay. Our kids often asked us if we could stay inside the house rather than going on day trips. That's how much they enjoyed the place and the cute little garden where they could play with water (you have to watch out for tiny kids that can't swim though). In short, it was fun, and we had a good time.

Large house with lots of space, directly on the water and a short walk to Abcoude. Easy communication and check in.

It was a very nice stay.

We felt very comfortable in the small house right on the water. The IJsselmeer was a 5-minute walk away and you could relax there on a small, clean and beautiful stretch of beach and watch kite surfers. The little house was exactly as shown in the pictures, it was pleasantly quiet and we lacked nothing. Communication was also super easy and impeccable. We had a great time and would always love to come back!

A beautiful house in a beautiful place. Especially the large living space on the first floor, overlooking the water and a sheltered outdoor space to sit outside (already in April) stand out. The area is accessible, has a lot to do, also within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The house was above our expectations. Provided everything we needed and was spacious enough for our group of 9. We’d definitely return in the future!

We stayed with the family during the Christmas days. The house was completely cozy making us feel right at home. Everything was available. The spaces are arranged in such a way that everyone can find a place to do their things together or separately. The sauna was lovely. The biggest plus of the house we found was the special and practical layout and that the whole house was very clean. Definitely recommended for a family or friends getaway. With a group of foreign guests from three continents, we stayed at the lovely lodge for 10 days. The place was excellent for this. We haven't been to the park much as a group: it served as a sleeping and breakfast spot, and once as a dinner spot, where the well-equipped kitchen came in handy. All the rooms for the guests have their own toilet and shower room and that benefits the privacy during such a stay. We would not look further for another occasion, but immediately look at this location again. The contacts with Mark, during the booking, with possibility to see the spaces in advance, and also the contacts with Mark and the people of the reception were very friendly. Highly recommended!

The house is a dream and bigger than it looks on the photos. Two wonderful outdoor spaces, several common areas, well-equipped rooms and kitchens. The reception was accommodating and very friendly. Quick but detailed briefing and a cat that is absolutely not afraid of new people. Everything is super clean and maintained. Everything you need is there! The surrounding area is beautifully green, quiet and invites you to relax. We will be happy to come back with eleven people! ☺️❤️

Beautiful large location, with all the comforts (also the comforts you don't think of yourself)

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.

We were with friends on site Judith as well as the host on site were very helpful friendly and nice, good communication. The house was beautiful and kept what it promised. At that time, it was like with us when we booked in January very good to have the fireplace & heating pool:-) Thank you very much.

A lovely quiet place. Spacious garden, beautiful views. The house is cozy, cozy and has all the comforts. Within fifteen minutes you are in beautiful forest areas where you can walk endlessly. Also a great place for cycling enthusiasts.

We had a fantastic stay at Joëlle’s house! We travelled with two children aged 6 and 2 who loved the play gym, trampoline and sand pit with digger! It really felt like a home away from home with kids as it had all the amenities you need: high chairs, kids crockery, toys etc. The house is stunning, so much so that people passing by stopped to ask us about it. You can swim in the river in front which our 6 year old loved. Joëlle was very responsive and checked in to see how we were. The location is really beautiful and quiet. We used the bikes with the house so didn’t need a car but it did mean we had to time buses and trains very carefully as the bus to the house is only every hour. I think if you want proper freedom then get a car but it’s not mandatory as you can travel in to Amsterdam/Utrecht in 1h/1.5hrs, which we did a few times. Weesp is great and has nice restaurants and you can hire a boat nearby which is worth it! We would love to go back again!

We had a very nice stay. Ramon and his family welcomed us warmly. We even got a gift for our little man (10 weeks old). Communication went smoothly and on departure we got another Frisian delicacy. The garden is really a plus that we have made wonderful use of. The boys play soccer and we enjoy a drink. I recommend everyone to book this if you are looking for space and tranquility.

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

What a beautiful place in nature and close to the forest! The cottage has all the comforts and the park is neat. Contact with Berry & Gerdiene easily and quickly, very nice. Also flexible in terms of checkout time. The swimming pool at the park is basic but fine to go once. The terrace of the main entrance can be enjoyed in the sun. All in all, had a great week!
