Met 4 slaapkamers en een grote luxe badkamer is ons huis geschikt voor families.

Surrounded by beautiful lakes, woods, countryside. Close to city life 30 min from Amsterdam center and airport. Trainstation 10 min, taxi, Uber, busstop in front of house, 2 shopping centers 5 min by car, market 10 min. Central Holland, historical, terraces on the lakes, restaurants, watersport, boat, sup and bike rent, swimming.

Rustige kindvriendelijke buurt, met een groot voetbal/ speelplein op 2 minuten lopen. De rivier de Vecht loopt van Utrecht naar Amsterdam en ligt op 100 meter. De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.

Het huis is voorzien van alle luxe en gebouwd (2024) naar de laatste design trends. De Waterliefde is een vakantiehuis dat het hele jaar door geopend is, zowel in de zomer als in de winter. Het is ontworpen voor natuurliefhebbers en diegenen die op zoek zijn naar een ontsnapping uit het alledaagse. De huur van de elektrische sloep is inclusief.

Zeer ruime woning met 3 slaapkamers en een luxe badkamer met uitzicht over water en park, maar toch op nog geen 20 minuten vanaf het station naar het historische centrum van Amsterdam. Dit prachtig gelegen huis heeft vele extra's zoals een luxe wellness badkamer met Turks stoombad en een jacuzzi, een ruime woonkamer, een balkon en een tuin met een Finse sauna, in de zomer een doucheruimte bij de sauna, een kleine vijver, een terras met luxe tuinmeubilair en natuurlijk een bbq.

The Findament.

Our original luxurious holiday-let provides you with peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. The house has been built on the edge of the forest and has views over the fields. It has been built in the same style as the main house that on the same estate. Both houses have a zero carbon footprint. We use earth heat, solar panels and ground water from our own well. There is also a large vegetable patch which adds to our self-sufficiency.
